This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, and sign up for participation.

Commitment Fee $250  (Varsity)/ $150 (Middle School) and (12U)

$20 Registration Fee (All Teams) 

Due Monday, May 3.  Cash, Check or Credit Card. 

Credit Cards Will Be Accepted At The Pittsburgh Ice Arena On May 3.
