The PIHL has released the 2018-19 Regular Season schedule for the 160 Varsity, JV, and Middle School teams that will compete under the PIHL umbrella this season.

The PIHL will be comprised of 56 Varsity teams, 47 JV teams, and 57 Middle School teams. A total of 1,297 games will take place during the regular season beginning with JV and Middle School on September 17 and Varsity starting on October 1. 

The regular season will end on February 21 for Varsity and March 1 for JV and Middle School. 

Post-season play begins with a handful of "Play-In" games on February 28 followed by first-round games the week of March 1. The Pens Cup Finals and D2 Championship will take place at the UPMC-Lemieux Sport Center on  March 18 and 19. 

The PIHL Pens Cup Champions will also be hosting their cross-state rivals for the PA State Championships this season. The Flyers Cup Champions will travel to Pittsburgh and play for state bragging rights on Saturday, March 23 at RMU. 

The JV/Middle School Tournament will take place in the spring beginning March 11 and wrapping up on March 28 at various rinks in the Pittsburgh area.

Also, be advised that the Varsity team will have 2 "Neutral Site" home games played at the Frozen Pond, off of Route 8, this season.  Check the website periodically as either of these games could be moved back to our own Pittsburgh Ice Arena.
